We are often asked, “now that I have a good system to track and trend key indicators, how do you use that information to make decisions and/or improve the practice?” This series (likely, one of our next books!) shows you specific indicators and includes comments on interpretation and action steps for managers and leaders. Essential for those managing on your own, and included in our immersive consultation. This teaches you a way to look at decision making that no one ever took the time to teach you anywhere else.

It is well established that your business can only grow to the level of its management. How well trained are your office manager and other leaders in the practice? This program builds with each module and starts with understanding the role of the manager in a healthcare office. It proceeds to outlining expectations for success, managing finance, operations, personnel, marketing and other areas of the business. This comprehensive course of 20 lectures is packed with 10 sessions each you wish your manager knew, but don’t have the time to personally teach. The course includes handouts, interactive quizzes and specific examples to reinforce the learning. Many of our doctors take the course to improve themselves, either at the same time as their managers, or in advance of managers.
