Eye Courses FAQs

Yes. Once you have created an account, that account is yours; it holds all of the courses you have purchased and passed. Your account will also hold all of your CE certificates for CE approved courses you have passed, which can be printed at any time.

If you have the opportunity, our advice is to always become a certified assistant/technician. Be proud of your profession and the medical field you represent. If you’re not sure how to become certified, use the links below to better understand the different certifications, the governing body for each, and the necessary steps for the certification that’s right for you.

A refund shall only be issued if a course has technical issues that prevent it from working or if a course is purchased by mistake and not taken. We do not provide refunds after the course is taken unless it can be shown that the continuing education credit is not accepted or expired. It takes a minimum of five business days to process refunds.

Via a secure server, we collect your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, any information you provide to us about how you heard of the site, and any courses you have selected for purchase. We do not put any “cookies” on your computer. When you purchase courses with a credit card, you furnish your credit card information via a secure server; for your privacy and security, we do not store your credit card information. This information is transmitted through a secure server directly to the credit card processing company. We electronically receive confirmation of payment or a decline of payment and the type of credit card you used. We use electronic and physical means to secure the data that we store.
