Order our COT practice test to help you review for the JCAHPO COT Certification exam. We currently offer 1 COT practice test with 250 multiple choice questions and an answer key is included. This practice test is in the same format (multiple choice) as the JCAHPO COT Certification exam. You will not earn JCAHPO CE credits using this practice test, but you will be able to assess your knowledge of the material covered on the JCAHPO COT Certification exam.
JCAHPO does not sponsor these or any other practice tests. Questions and material tested is based on the instructors’ interpretation of the content areas outlined in the JCAHPO Criteria for Certification and Recertification handbook, and the providers of these practice tests have no direct knowledge of the specific certification examination questions.
This test is designed to give you practice on questions that test the material listed on the JCAHPO examination study guide content areas that are covered on the COT test.
The cost to purchase and download this practice test is $25.00. Upon purchase you may view the test questions on the computer or print them off to view. You will also be able to view and print the answer key to check your answers. We suggest that you take the practice test and then check your answers. Review the information that is tested in the questions you missed, then retake the practice test to recheck your knowledge. COT Practice test A is the same practice test that is included in our COT Review Course. Dr. Scott Edmonds is the senior partner of Edmonds Eye Associates in Philadelphia and a member of the medical staff at Jefferson/Magee/Moss Rehabilitation Hospital. He is the Emeritus Co-Director of the Low Vision, Contact Lens and Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service at Wills Eye Hospital. He is the former Chief Eyecare Officer at United Healthcare. He is a clinical professor at Western University of Health Sciences- College of Optometry, a member of the adjunct faculty of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus/Drexel University and a member of the Allied Medical staff of the Lankenau Hospital. He has written and lectured extensively on clinical and public health topics.Â
A 1976 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a1980 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Dr. Edmonds is a past President of the Philadelphia Optometric Society, the Chester Delaware Optometric Society and the 1988 President of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. On the national level, he has served as the Chairman of a number of committees for the American Optometric Association and has completed two terms on the American Council on Optometric Education.
Dr. Edmonds was honored by the Pennsylvania College of Optometry as the Preceptor of the Year in 1983. He was honored as the Optometrist of the Year in 1985 by the Philadelphia Optometric Society and again in 2008 by the Chester-Delaware Optometric Society. He was the honored as the Pennsylvania Optometric Association Optometrist of the Year in 2008. He was 2015 APEX Award winner for Publication Excellence in the category of Social Media Blog Content and the 2016 winner of the Dr. Jerry P. Davidoff Memorial Award for Leadership Service.
