Basic
Our Basic level plan is a good choice for offices with minimal scheduling needs. We offer an inexpensive start-up fee and a reasonable per appointment fee. This plan includes scheduling for standard appointments. However, Premium appointments are not included with this plan.
Premium (Recommended)
Our Premium level plan is the best plan for offices that want to offer both standard and premium appointments. The plan has a fairly priced start-up fee and a normal per appointment fee. This plan includes scheduling both standard and premium appointments.
Often Premium Appointments are office visits that are not within normal business hours. Many times these appointments are on the weekend or on other non-working days/times. However, the practice can choose to offer these appointments to patients for a Premium fee. For example, if a patient wants to schedule a weekend appointment when the practice is normally closed, the patient can do so if they want to pay a high Premium fee on top of the normal office visit fee.
